RMR Industrial Complex
The Rocky Mountain Recycling Development is a purpose-built industrial facility designed to support high-volume materials recovery and scrap processing. Strategically located in a key industrial corridor, the project emphasizes operational efficiency, durable construction, and long-term sustainability.
Central to the facility is a precompression shear system, housed within a reinforced concrete enclosure engineered to manage heavy dynamic loads and isolate vibration. A series of elevated conveyors provide continuous material flow throughout the site, efficiently connecting intake, sorting, and outbound operations. These conveyor systems are supported by robust structural steel and designed for seamless integration with processing and sorting equipment.

he site layout also incorporates a rail spur, providing additional shipping flexibility and enhancing overall logistics capabilities.
Additional scope includes a modern materials recovery facility (MRF), administrative buildings, site utilities, stormwater management systems, and heavy-duty paving throughout.
With a focus on advanced mechanical systems, structural engineering, and operational performance, this development strengthens Rocky Mountain Recycling’s role as a leader in regional recycling infrastructure.
