It includes an auditorium/ballroom, a stage and balcony, a basement with a catering kitchen, and two conference rooms. The building can accommodate up to 600 people at one time.

The project included a deep and comprehensive renovation and modernization of all key elements of the building. The scope included a wide variety of elements from new walls, handicap accessible restrooms, to air conditioning, wiring and electrical in main level, as well as a full remodel of the ballroom and the banquet room downstairs. To ensure success, the project required careful and continuous coordination and collaboration with municipal staff.
