HISTORICAL BUILDING RENOVATION
Constructed in 1938 for use as a community center, the facility was the civic and social center for Loveland for decades. A community effort to revive and renovate the historic building and state funding made the project possible.
Through re-purposing and remolding, a broad spectrum of events can be hosted. A 20,000 square foot civic facility and community center. It includes an auditorium/ballroom, a stage and balcony, a basement with a catering kitchen, and two conference rooms. The building can accommodate up to 600 people at one time.

The project included a deep and comprehensive renovation and modernization of all key elements of the building. The scope included a wide variety of elements from new walls, handicap accessible restrooms, to air conditioning, wiring and electrical in main level, as well as a full remodel of the ballroom and the banquet room downstairs.
To ensure success, the project required careful and continuous coordination and collaboration with municipal staff.
